As professional property managers, Nautilus Homes, LLC collects personal information about you.

In order to communicate effectively with Tenants, Parent Co-Signers and Prospective Tenants, we capture contact information such as Name, Telephone Numbers, Email Addresses, Mailing Address, etc.

For Prospective Tenants who choose to complete an application to lease a Nautilus Homes property, we leverage a third party screening company.  As a result of using the third party screening company, we do not collect Tenant or Parent/Co-signer Social Security Numbers.  We receive background check and credit check reports from the third party screening company.

We collect Tenant drivers license information to validate the person who is applying for a Lease.  We also collect automobile information so that we will have it on file if contacted by local authorities.

Nautilus Homes does not share any Tenant, Parent/Cosigner or Prospective Tenant personal information with any third parties.  Sensitive personal information (other than basic contact information) is stored in password protected files by Nautilus Homes, and destroyed when the tenant relationship ends (end of Lease term).
